Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of payment confirmation, though lead times may vary depending on circumstances such as weather and significant order volume increases, which may add up to 5 business days for processing. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 2-14 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
International orders over $20 in value are subject to added charges by customs, including but not limited to sales and import tax, duties, and any other associated customs clearing charges. We do our best with the tools available in attempts to avoid any extra charges, yet each country has different import processes and ultimately the designated customs office will have the final say. Currently, the shipping cost at checkout is not inclusive of potential duties or import tax, so please keep this in mind with consideration of your local import regulations.
Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your order is wrong/damaged, we're here to help. To complete your return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order id and details about the issue.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that
- The product is damaged or the order came out wrong based on the specifications.
- The product was recieved within the last 15 days.
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. Also note that Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you via the order confirmation page frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.
If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you canβt find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.
